A Taste of the Season

Throughout the year 31 The Quay will host a Taste of the Season evening to celebrate the best of the regions seasonal produce.
Designed to showcase produced sourced from our local fishermen, farmers and growers and cooked by our award-winning chef Andrew Wilkinson and his team.

Summer Squash Soup with Caramelised Ceps, Sage and Parmesan

Our Chefs and Master Baker will also host a number of events throughout the year to showcase their menus, skills and demonstrate cooking techniques and methods. Dishes will be designed to be used in your family kitchen. Our chefs will help you to choose from the best, freshest produce available locally and provide you with menus to try at home.
